SIGMA ROTATING PLATFORM KNEESAsk for the knee that bends and rotatesMany people think that their knee is simply a hinge that only bends and extends. However, your natural knee rotates while it bends. Sigma Rotating Platform Knees are designed to accommodate more normal movement of the knee.
